Marina Apartments are situated in the picturesque coastal town of Ventnor, positioned at one of the most southerly points of the Isle of Wight. The Victorians chose to build in Ventnor because of its mild and Mediterranean style climate, making it the healthiest resort on the Island. Now Ventnor boasts the ideal location for a peaceful holiday, either as a short break during Spring or Autumn, or for that special summer family holiday. Ventnor is the ideal base for a beach holiday, an activity holiday or a walking holiday especially with your dog.
Marina Apartments are situated in a prime location to explore the Isle of Wight. These holiday apartments offer the ideal way for you to enjoy the beauty of the Island including the unspoilt countryside and the many places of interest, whilst retaining all the freedom and flexibility that goes with a self catering holiday.

Due to the warm climate, Ventnor is home to many tropical plants, Ventnor Pride flowers and the famous wall lizards, the only place that they will be found on the Isle of Wight.

The property now known as ‘Marina Apartments’, originally built in 1844 as a gentleman’s residence, was one of the earlier houses built in Ventnor by the Victorians. It has recently been converted to 6 spacious 1 and 3 bedroomed self-catering family holiday apartments sleeping from 2 to 9 people. Facing south on a quiet private road, it is central to Ventnor Bay, in a prime location and close to the beach, with stunning panoramic beach and sea views.
Ventnor has a safe and sheltered bathing beach, which is approximately 50 metres from Marina Apartments. Direct access to the sea front and beach is made easy from the apartments by a footpath leading from our quiet private road. Ventnor town centre, for shopping and buses, is situated about 150 metres to the rear of the apartments, accessible via steps up the hillside or by road for the less enthusiastic. There is also a good selection of restaurants, take-aways and public houses within a short walking distance.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement with no extra charge, maximum of 2 per apartment. |

Beds, using duvets, are freshly made for your arrival, 2 bath + 2 hand towels per bath / shower room and 2 tea towels are all provided free of charge. |

A laundry, freezer and payphone are available on site for residents use.

Cots, cot linen and high chairs are provided if required at no extra cost. |

A large range of videos, dvds, books and games for your own entertainment are available free. |
|
At the front of the building there is a patio, small garden and a barbecue for your use. |

In the private car park there is one car parking space allocated per apartment.
