The
6 self-contained holiday apartments
are all graded by the English Tourist
Council at 4 star. Each modern apartment
has it’s own individual layout,
all are attractive, comfortable and
spacious. Each self catering apartment
has independent access via it’s
own front door at the rear of the building.
Within each
of the fully carpeted holiday apartments, all rooms lead off a
main hallway allowing independent access from the sleeping areas
to the kitchen and bath / shower room. Each comfortable lounge
has easy seating, colour television, dvd player, and video recorder.
The fully equipped, separate kitchen includes full sized electric
cooker, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker.
Some
apartments have an American Style Wall
Bed in the lounge to give an extra sleeping
area. This fully sprung, double bed
is made up for your use and is folded
back against the wall and concealed
behind louvre doors during the day.
When required, it is lowered down and
ready for use.
Each apartment
has it’s own electric heating and fitted with £1 meters.

the lower level there is a fully equipped
kitchen / diner and bathroom with w.c. hand
basin and bath with shower over.
A steep flight of stairs within the apartment
leads to the upper level.
From this landing there is access to the
bedroom ( EITHER 5’ double bed OR two
2’ 6" single beds ) and to the
lounge ( wall bed ).
Through the french doors in the lounge there
is a small patio / courtyard.
This apartment does not have any sea views. |

is a large, split-level apartment with 3
bedrooms.
On entering the middle level there is a
fully equipped kitchen, separate dining
room and bedroom 1 ( single 3’ bed
& 2’ 6" bunk beds ).
A small flight of stairs leads up to the
lounge ( double sofa bed ), bedroom 2 (
double bed ) and a bathroom with w.c. and
hand basin. A flight of stairs leads down
from the middle level to bedroom 3 ( double
bed ) and a further shower room with w.c.
and hand basin.
All rooms have independent access from the
hallway.
Although the sea is visible from this apartment
it does not have full panoramic sea views. |
