Conditions
of Booking
All
bookings are accepted entirely at the
Proprietors discretion.
The
number of persons occupying an apartment
must not exceed the number stated. The
party must be exactly as shown and any
alteration must be notified and receive
approval.
The
appropriate deposit must be paid at
the time of booking. Should the accommodation
required or a suitable alternative not
be available, the deposit will be refunded
in full. Once a booking has been made
and our receipt issued, we regret your
deposit will not be refunded should
you subsequently cancel.
The
balance of charge must be received by
the Proprietors 6 weeks prior to the
commencement of your holiday.
Cancellation
must be notified in writing. As an accepted
booking forms a legal binding contract,
if you wish to cancel the holiday, YOU
ARE LIABLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT unless
we are able to relet the apartment.
Please insure your holiday.
The
Proprietors will make an administration
charge of £5 for all alterations
made to the booking at the request of
the client. This will include alterations
to the Ferry Company made on your behalf.
Where we incur bank charges as a result
of re-presenting clients cheques, a
charge of £10 will be made.
The
proprietors reserve the right, at their
absolute discretion, to refuse or terminate
the stay in the apartment of any persons
causing a nuisance of any sort or failing
to comply with any of the rules or conditions
of booking.
The
proprietors accept no responsibility
for loss or damage to persons or property
whilst on the premises.
Guests
will be responsible for any loss or
damage to the property or contents of
the apartment and will be expected to
leave the accommodation in a clean and
tidy condition.
The
rules regarding dogs must be observed
at all times.
Force
Majeure - Marina Apartments shall not
be liable for non-performance of any
of its obligations under this agreement
if such non-performance shall occur
as a result of circumstances beyond
their control which shall include (but
shall not be limited to) industrial
disputes, fire, flood, riots, adverse
weather conditions, civil disturbances,
epidemics or health risks or such similar
events.
Where
the Proprietors have made travel arrangements
on your behalf, the conditions of carriage
of passengers, luggage, vehicles and
goods of the carrying company will apply.
Copies may be obtained from the companies.
In
the unlikely event of dissatisfaction
with your accommodation, please bring
the matter to our attention immediately
so we can resolve any problem. We cannot
deal with complaints after your holiday.
